This style is attributed to Ramon Lull, a 13th Century Spanish theologian. Essentially you randomly select words by type (i.e. noun, verb, adjective) and phrases and insert them into a pre-defined grammatical structure.
I found this on Codediesel as php code and have rewritten it in Javascript. I've used a large selection of words and phrases to make it as random as possible rather than themed.
